Multi-Store E-commerce Setup

Overview

Setting up and aligning several regional storefronts so one brand could sell across multiple markets without duplicating work.

Challenge

Separate markets meant separate rules — currencies, shipping, taxes and content — with no shared structure to keep them consistent.

My role

Project lead and implementer, from structure to handover.

Approach

  • Map the differences between markets
  • Define one shared structure and market-level exceptions
  • Build, test and document each storefront

What I built

  • Regional storefront structure
  • Shared product and content model
  • Launch checklists

Tools

  • Shopify
  • Notion
  • Google Analytics

Deliverables

  • Live storefronts
  • Documentation
  • Handover session

Kind words

What clients said about
multi-store e-commerce setup.

We had the products and the ambition, but no real store to sell them in. Daphne took the whole build off my plate — structure, pages, product data, checkout — and kept asking the questions I hadn't thought of. What she handed over was finished, not almost finished.

Marcus V.

E-commerce Store Build

Our old site was slow, cluttered and impossible to update. Daphne rebuilt it on Shopify with a structure that actually makes sense — collections, metafields, templates, the lot. I can manage it myself now, which was the whole point.

James H.

Shopify Website Development

She doesn't just build the store — she thinks through what happens after launch. Inventory sync, fulfilment handoffs, returns flow. Daphne made sure the operation could keep up with the sales.

Emma J.

E-commerce Operations

We've worked with Daphne three times now and each project was different — first operations, then a store build, now content. She adapts quickly, communicates clearly and always leaves things better than she found them.
