I connect the dots.
Then I bring them to life.
I’m a multidisciplinary creative and operations professional with a background spanning hospitality, travel, e-commerce, remote teams and creative projects.
What connects it all? I’m naturally drawn to the space between what is and what could be. I notice where something doesn’t flow, where the experience doesn’t match the promise, where people and systems aren’t connecting — and I love finding a better way forward.
Curiosity has taken me
in many directions.
That’s exactly where my strength comes from.
I’ve never been someone who fits neatly into one box. I’ve worked closely with travellers and guests, managed villas and hospitality operations, built and operated e-commerce businesses, coordinated international remote teams, developed systems and SOPs, worked with suppliers and advertising — and created everything from photography and content to websites, concepts and visual work.
Travel has always been a big part of my life. I’ve experienced many places, cultures and ways of doing things — both as a traveller myself and while working with people creating their own memories away from home.
Working in hospitality taught me something important:
A great experience isn’t created by one beautiful thing. It’s created by hundreds of small things working together.
- The communication.
- The feeling before someone arrives.
- The expectation created online.
- The welcome.
- The organisation behind the scenes.
- And the details people remember afterwards.
That way of looking at things has stayed with me in everything I do.

I don’t just see a destination.
I see the experience around it.
Travel is one of the areas I’m naturally most drawn to. I love discovering places, planning experiences and understanding what makes someone remember a trip, stay or destination long after they’ve returned home.
But I also see the business behind that experience. A beautiful villa, hotel, excursion or destination can be incredible in reality — yet lose bookings because its website, photography, content or customer journey doesn’t communicate how it actually feels to be there.
That gap fascinates me.

- Guest experience
- Travel coordination
- Villa & hospitality operations
- Travel content
- Digital presentation
- Customer journeys
Sometimes the opportunity isn’t to change the product. It’s to make people finally feel what is already there.
Somewhere between people, systems and ideas
is usually where you’ll find me.
If I had to describe one quality that runs through my work, it would be this: I’m a bridge builder.
- People↔Systems
- Strategy↔Execution
- Operations↔Creativity
- Technology↔Human touch
- Online promise↔Real-world experience
I enjoy stepping into something, understanding how the different pieces connect and spotting where the friction is.
Sometimes that’s a remote team that needs clearer communication and ownership. Sometimes it’s a process that lives in someone’s head and needs to become a usable SOP. Sometimes it’s a repetitive workflow that technology or AI could make dramatically faster.
And sometimes a company has automated so much that the human experience has disappeared. I don’t believe the answer is “automate everything.” And I don’t believe every task needs another person.
The strongest systems combine smart technology with human judgement.
That’s the balance I look for.

Structure is one side of me.
Creating is the other.
Creativity has always been part of my life — not simply something I learned because businesses need content. I love photography, visual storytelling, artistic and expressive work, painting, jewellery making and turning an idea into something tangible.
Today that creative curiosity also extends into digital design, websites, branding, UGC, photography, short-form content and new AI-powered creative tools.
For me, AI doesn’t replace creativity. It expands what we’re able to create.
That’s what makes projects involving travel, hospitality, lifestyle, beauty, wellness and experiences particularly exciting to me. A piece of content could be a photograph, a genuine UGC experience, a hotel story, a product video, a travel guide, an e-book, a website or an entire visual concept.
The medium changes. The goal remains the same: make someone see, understand or feel something.
I care about the outcome,
not the stopwatch.
I’m not interested in filling hours simply for the sake of filling hours. I prefer working around projects, challenges and outcomes.
Give me something that needs organising, improving, building or creating and I’ll look at the whole picture — not just the tiny piece I was originally handed.
Sometimes that means asking questions. Sometimes it means simplifying. Sometimes I discover another problem halfway through that needs solving first.
And if something genuinely needs more attention to get it right, I’m not someone who stops caring because an allocated hour has ended.
I care about leaving behind something that actually works.

Freedom to work.
Freedom to explore.
Freedom to create.
Freedom is an important part of how I’ve chosen to build my life. The freedom to work with people and businesses I believe in. To choose projects where I can genuinely contribute. And to be able to work from different places in the world without the quality of that work depending on where my desk happens to be.
That’s why I work remotely and internationally. Not because I want to be disconnected from businesses — quite the opposite. I want to bring what I’ve learned from different industries, people, places and experiences into the projects I choose to become part of.
