Privacy &
cookie statement.

This page explains which personal data is processed on this website, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

This website is operated by Daphne Plantaz, an independent freelance professional based in Europe. For any question about your data, write to hello@daphneplantaz.com.

What data is collected

Only the details you send yourself through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company or brand name, website, the type of project and the message you write. Nothing else is requested and no data is bought from third parties.

Why it is used

Your details are used for one purpose only: answering your message and, if it leads to a collaboration, arranging the project. The legal basis is your own request to be contacted, and a legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are removed within twelve months. Correspondence connected to an actual assignment is kept as long as the project runs, and afterwards only where invoicing or tax rules require it.

Sharing with others

Your data is never sold or used for advertising. It is stored in the email and hosting services used to run this website and mailbox, and those providers act only on instruction. Data may be disclosed if the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or profiling. Only strictly necessary technical cookies are used to serve the pages securely. If simple, privacy-friendly visitor statistics are added later, they will be aggregated and will not identify individual visitors; this page will be updated accordingly.

Your rights

You may ask to see the data held about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to its use. Send a short email to hello@daphneplantaz.com and you will receive an answer within thirty days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

This statement may be updated when the website or the way enquiries are handled changes. The version shown here is always the current one.
